This “empanada” is a generous calzone made with naturally leavened fougasse dough, and filled with artichokes, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and melty cheddar. It makes a lovely meal. HEATING: We recommend heating the item in an oven at 450F to give the skin an extra crunch.
