End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Little Sky Bakery.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Little Sky Bakery (“Licensor”) for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
GRANT OF LICENSE.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your own personal or internal business purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by Licensor and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that you are not acquiring any ownership rights in the Software.
OAUTH 2 TOKEN USAGE.
The Software may require the generation and use of OAuth 2 tokens for authentication and authorization purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable OAuth 2 standards and protocols when obtaining, storing, and using OAuth 2 tokens. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of any OAuth 2 tokens generated and used by the Software.
RESTRICTIONS.
You may not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software;
b. Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
c. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
SUPPORT AND UPDATES.
This license does not grant you any right to receive any updates or support for the Software. Licensor may, at its discretion, provide updates or support, but is not obligated to do so.
TERMINATION.
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software and all copies thereof. This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR ANY OAUTH 2 TOKENS, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GOVERNING LAW.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether oral or written, with respect to the Software.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
