A bread for all ages. Naturally leavened with wonderful texture and flavor, this loaf is made with roughly-ground rye berries, sprouted whole rye berries, cracked wheat berries, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, millet and poppy seeds. Best when sliced thin and perfect with a smorgasbord of toppings.
Note: This bread is best sliced 24 hours after you’ve received it, as opposed to immediately. The bread will benefit from sitting and aging.
