Naturally leavened pizza dough. This dough is a combination of stoneground whole wheat and bread flours, and makes a delicious base for your favorite fillings. The dough should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery, and used within 1-2 days of purchase.
1) Get a pizza stone and pizza peel if you can. The pizza stone helps to create an excellent crust.
2) Preheat your oven to 500 F.
3) Roll out the peel as thin as you can. (Unless of course you like deep dish style)
